The cuisine of the Pałac na Wodzie is delicious created from fresh, ecological and regional ingredients. In a beautiful, glazed space with a view of the charming, palace ponds of the restaurant, we mix different flavors, aromas, colors and textures. Thanks to these treatments, exquisite and delicious dishes are created that caress the senses of our guests.
You can enjoy aromatic cheeses, healthy Karkonosze honeys, fresh local yoghurts and home-made preserves. The mouthwatering venison, healthy berries, ecologically grown vegetables and fruits, mushrooms from nearby forests and fresh fish from the Carpathian ponds are just some of the products used to compose delicious dishes by our chef.
